After the women of Mosaic brought corps-style color guard back to Barclays Center with the New York Liberty, we called the men of the color guard community to New York City for a four-day celebration of men’s mental health, community, and creative exploration in partnership with Earl Mosley’s Diversity of Dance and Ailey Extension.

Join us Saturday, August 29 at the Ailey Citigroup Theater as Melanin Mosaic Performance Ensemble presents HOLD ON as part of Hearts of Men 2026.
HOLD ON is a new work inspired by the feeling of a men’s mental health support group, bringing together dance, movement, narration, live vocals, music, and flag performance to explore what men carry, how we support one another, and what it means to keep going.

Mosaic, with Love is more than a signoff. It is the philosophy behind how we create, collaborate, and share our work.
